Hai Robotics, a leading global provider of warehouse automation, has announced two strategic leadership advancements of Hunter Senn to Vice President of Sales, Hai Robotics USA, and Andrew Tolman to Vice President of Solutions, reflecting Hai’s ongoing commitment to expanding its presence and investment in the U.S. market.

Since joining Hai Robotics in 2023 as Director of Sales, Hunter Senn has played a pivotal role in growing the company’s U.S. sales operations. Under his leadership, Hai Robotics has strengthened its position as a leading Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) provider across industries including e-commerce, 3PL, apparel, healthcare, and more. In his new role, Senn will focus on driving growth and ensuring Hai remains at the forefront of innovation and customer service.

“We are building something truly special at Hai Robotics,” Senn said. “I look forward to continuing our momentum and leading our team as we work to solidify Hai’s position as the top ASRS provider globally. My goal is to challenge and support our team, fostering both personal and professional growth while delivering the best possible solutions for our customers.”

Andrew Tolman, who has been with Hai Robotics since 2022 as Director of Solutions, brings more than a decade of expertise in warehouse automation and ASRS solutions. As Vice President of Solutions, Tolman will focus on strengthening relationships with integration partners, leading advancements in product and solution development, and increasing the flexibility of Hai Robotics’ supply chain to better serve the growing demands of the industry.

“The warehouse automation market is evolving rapidly,” Tolman said. “Businesses are demanding more flexibility without sacrificing storage density, throughput, or ROI. I’m eager to shape solutions that address these challenges while strengthening partnerships and optimizing our supply chain.”

The promotions of Senn and Tolman underscore Hai Robotics’ dedication to attracting and developing industry-leading talent as the demand for intelligent, flexible automation solutions grows.

“Hunter and Andrew’s expertise, vision, and commitment to our mission will be instrumental in continuing our rapid growth and delivering the best automation solutions to our customers,” said Richie Chen, Founder and CEO of Hai Robotics. “As the market shifts toward simpler, more adaptable automation solutions with lower barriers to entry, Hai Robotics remains committed to evolving with the industry. With strategic leadership and innovative solutions, we’re well-positioned to accelerate our growth in the U.S. and beyond.”
